I was just corrected on this on another thread, but I think you can reapply for what you were a non-select for on the following month's boards as long as you improve your application package... and there are certain things that count as an improvement... like interviews, a better ASTB score...

Well... considering that the computer I was using to take the ASTB froze mid math section (and had to be restarted) I wouldn't doubt the computer sucking explanation for the results being unavailable, but I will be positive and say that it looks like we'll hear soon. Ciao.

A lot of the guys from March, April, May seemed to hear back quick... like 2 days. Some of the guys had to call their recruiter while others were called as soon as results were posted from what it sounds like. I am planning on calling my OR on Wednesday if I do not hear anything by then.

OCS, and the process of applying can be a long and arduous. Like everybody else said, see an OFFICER recruiter, not an enlisted recruiter. They can answer all you questions about the types of "jobs" you can apply for. OCS is just the starting point... and everybody after OCS goes to a "school"...

I didn't buy one for this reason, but using a flight sim helped me with the spatial portion of the ASTB. There are some good ones out there, but I only have experience with X-plane... Good luck.
