Elaborate a little bit. I kinda know what you mean by "fog of war" but in what context with the movie?

It showed alot of things I wasn't really aware of, I had no clue there was THAT much confusion going on, between the FAA and the other agencies, it was obvious there was a disconnect, that was really what the movie was really about, not so much the dramatic fact of the towers falling and 9/11...
