A lot of guys look at things that aren't explicitly called out in NATOPS. These are usually things that have bitten them at one time or another or have bitten a buddy. I know that I had things on the EA-6B that I liked to doublecheck.

Hose is a lot like a KC-10's. Very easy to tank off. The Iron Maiden is a 6 foot adapter with a hard basket on the ned of the boom. Very different.
