At least it says "courses with a start date AFTER 01 June 2015", which you could interpret as ok as long as you start the class before 01 June. I won't be taking any chances though and will crank them all out and submit before 01 June.

If you have any doubts, Navy or USAF should be your choice. I did a Marine summer program, and while I enjoyed it a lot and could have gone USMC, it was easy to see that Navy was the better fit for me.

The L16 on JKO is pretty long, however it's not that hard to complete for 8 points on JKO.
