Just got pro rec N.
GPA 2.8 physics
OAR 49
My recruiter said I can’t submit for another 6 months and that if I wanted to I would have to start a masters program to up my gpa... any advice? She is now taking about going enlisted

I was told I could reapply with a "significant" change like finishing my master's or improving my OAR score. I'm going to do both and apply again around May/June depending on board schedule.

To resubmit without waiting 6 months you need significant change with your package. My recruiter told me a re test is a significant change. He also said job promotion, or more volunteering is enough change as well. Also better LORs
I would like to retake the OAR. I feel like I could do much better on it. I only took it once and studied some but not as much as I should have.

Im a little confused how people are finding out. Are civilians hearing because their Recruiter was sent an email? I messaged my recruiter and she said she gets updates sent to her phone but has not received news of anyone getting picked up from her command. Are you informed regardless of if you're Pro Rec Y or N?

Any confirmed civilians mind dropping a name with their recruiter to see if they're on the list? My sister's recruiter has left, and she has not been able to meet/speak with whoever replaced him. She's very in the dark.
