When you say the O4 numbers were pretty good, what exactly do you mean?Well the O4 numbers were pretty good, with lots of folks making it with a shore tour MP. Another interesting note, the bubba list this month had almost no screen group consolidation, as in years past.

More competitive than 96 to make 98? Great!Detailers have said this upcoming DH screen will be more competitive than in years past.
Per the PERS-43 Helo brief, this FY20 DH selection was 100% after Don't Pick me and Decliners for VFA 1310, HM, HSC, HSM, VAQ 1310, VRC, MPRF 1310, OP-T. Basically everyone except VQ(T) because they're the greatest pilots in the world.

I would expect max bonuses for all 1310s if you're in the forecasting business. May the odds forever be in your favor. By the way, this is the "API Redux" that PERS has been forecasting for a while. Probably looks like a T-Plateau vs a T-Notch.
PERS tracks take rates. Your detailer/placement folks can give you the numbers for your community. So, is anyone actually taking the bonus? I've yet to meet anyone who is... I can think of one guy in my YG who I know probably will eventually and one in the YG below me who will, but 2 out of all the pilots I know? Seems low...
