Reserve Supply results are unofficially out. Your recruiter should be able to check your status through PRIDEMOD II. If he/she can't or doesn't know how, actual selection list should be out the next few days (I hope).

Aaron, so sorry to hear that. Please don't get discouraged. A lot of people don't get selected on their first try.

I am new to this board; I just got approved to join. I also applied for Supply DCO. I had a BA in mathematics (3.7 GPA) and an MA in mathematics (3.95 GPA). I did not get selected either. My theory is the board will select strong candidates with prior service over a similar strong candidate.

You have no supply/logistics experience. The degree is okay but the boards prefer business related.

The work experience is CRUCIAL and you don't have it.

See previous post. Substitute "supply" and add in intelligence.

The reserves is like applying for a civilian job. You need to have related experience and education in order to have a chance.

I have 15 years of finance and supply chain management, prior active Navy for 6 years, and an AACSB accredited MBA from LSU with 3.91 GPA.

I would think that is fairly competitive, so there must have been some superstars. It's a crapshoot to a certain extent.

Thanks! I was really shocked and was preparing myself for plan B. After last year, I didn't think I was going to get it and am glad that I applied again.
