Just wanting to check in with some results. This has been quite the roller coaster over the last year. It great having a person help me so much to get everything done, my processor in this case. This forum and it's community has been a great resource during this process. Now comes the battle to find a way to fit into the next OCS class....
SNA: Pro-Rec-Y; SNFO: Pro-Rec-N

[Seems like the third designator cutoff is impacting more than just the SWO community]

what NRD? Im NRD San Antonio and haven't found out yet!

I was also out of San Antonio. I didn't catch the Chiefs name (he's new), but he has the results. I called him around 2PM central time, he took down my name and number, and got back to me about an hour later while I was on a bike ride. (I live in California now, and heard from him around 3PM San Antonio time.)

I feel bad that this forum has official members because they have to deal with everyone freaking out constantly. Gonna speak on behalf of all of us and apologize!

Checking back in one final time. I heard from my OR, and as I suspected I came up short for NFO. He is new to Officer recruiting, and he said it was my age, but I just turned 27 and I was told by my previous OR that 29 was the age for NFO. I'm pretty sure it was just an inferior kit relative to everyone else who got selected.

Non-prior, 53/5/5/5, 2.83 GPA, degree in History.

Lesson learned: don't screw around at community college until you know why you're there! My first two years there absolutely killed my GPA, which was like 3.5 after I transferred, lol.

The good news is that I was selected for SWO, so I'm still excited to serve! Good luck everyone.

for non priors the max age for Pilot and NFO is 27, so you would have needed to be in OCS by age 26 and 9 months.

Well darn, I suppose that WAS the deal breaker then. I wish I would have had the foresight to try and get a waiver, but I hear it's a pretty strict requirement for non priors. Oh well. Thank you for the information.

According to what I've known non-prior cannot get a waiver. You have to be commissioned by 27 or you are done. Full stop. This is the battle I'm now currently fighting as well.

Winging it!!
A few days ago my recruiter said he didn't know there was a board. How would he be notified that there was a board? An email? a phone call?
