Navy Pilot/ NFO "Rolling" Boards MAR/APR 2013

Did you put a read receipt on your email? I would still push to get an email from Tim just so you can have tangible proof. I spoke to Ted Williams.
I did not put a read receipt on my email, that is a great point! I called back later on the 19th and talked to Homer about getting some sort of confirmation that my package was received and he was rather displeased that I wanted something other than a verbal. I spoke with Ted yesterday and he said if I dont see anything by the end of the week, I should get in touch with him. I am probably checking my email like every 30 minutes waiting on this!!!

I feel your pain, I feel like these are extra hoops that enlisted folks go through in addition to the rest of the package. The reward will be worth it all, but like someone stated earlier, I wish we had a OR to be there each step of the way.

A read receipt only works if the person hits "yes" when it says sender has requested receipt, send?

The good part is the Pilot/NFO/SWO boards are "in house" so they have a bit more time to get everything screened by processors and then sent to the program manager.

How long after the board convene date did yall receive results?

For the April rolling board (SNA/NFO) it took around 2-3 weeks from the date the board actually convened until anyone heard about a Pro-Y. The subsequent FS letters took anywhere from 2-6 weeks from your Pro-Y, depending upon which class you were selected for.

I make these assertions judging merely by what I read on AW/experienced myself for that board. I am sure a few people heard results faster or slower than those time frames, but they seemed to be a rough average.

FWIW, I was notified of my pro-rec shortly after the April rolling board and I'm still waiting on my FS. However, due to some administrative issues, my medical paperwork wasn't submitted until like May or June so I'm not sure if that's why I'm so late on this.
