N.K. leader seriously ill?

Well we can send him Obama after the elections, he knows a thing or two about socialist societies. :)
 
Does he have any heirs to the throne? His father passed leadership to him, but as far as I know, he has no family waiting in the wings. Will leadership go to party leaders, the military, or will the place descend into chaos. I would think that a military government might be more receptive to rational thought, but Myanmar offers a counter-example of that.

He's got 2 sons, but according to NPR today "they make Hussein's sons look like Harvard grads." One of them got arrested in Japan on the way to a sex massage parlor with a fake passport from another country. And, they haven't been groomed, while Kim himself was groomed for over a decade before his father died. He's also got a brother-in-law that might make a move for control. The brother was exiled in 2004 (most likely for getting too powerful) and went back in 2006 and is an economic minister now.
 
^Actually, Junior, Kim Jong Nam, (they call him little fat bear in the DPRK), was caught illegally entering Japan in 2001 with a Dominican passport, supposedly to visit Tokyo Disneyland. He likes Hennessy and likes to go shooting once he's had a few snootfuls.
