A cross country to LaGuardia wouldn't be unusual. Sure you have the data right? I didn't look on an ADS-B tracker, but Gemini did for me and says 167821 has remained in the Mid-Atlantic for the last two months, primarily around Norfolk, but as far north as KGED.

I tracked that BuNo on ADSB Exchange from it passing over my house in central NJ until it landed at Chambers. The history for that aircraft showed several trips between LGA and 2NJ9 from the 19th through the 25th.

I see that now, though ADS Exchange just says "New Newark" for me (no 2NJ9).
