USN FY 26 IWC DCO Reserve Board

Talked with my recruiter on the phone today and she confirmed that September board is going. It's a scramble to get everything in on time with the shorter window.

I hope so. My DivO is an IP and he had sent me a screenshot from an O6 with a congratulatory message to the new IP selected, and mentioned no board in September. Hoping that is incorrect. Either way, my recruiter and I are refreshing the package in prep for it anyway.
 
IP's were redesignated to CSWO's. Guess they used many of those billets for the new CWE and Maritime Space designators...hence the low quotas. MyNavyHR has finally updated the community section for IWC and the new designators. CWE's have to pass a capture the flag like test before applying.

IPs were renamed CSWO. The former IP billets were moved to MCWO and MSO 2 years ago. There are no CWE in the reserves yet.
