Best bet is emailing Mr. Celestine. Have heard of folks getting waivers. Especially if they will have their degree completed by the convene date. I’ll PM you his email.

What happens when you report to OCS with a completed Master’s degree when you were selected with an undergrad?

1. Does your rank change upon graduation
2. Who will make the update to reflect the master’s degree completion for the next rank.
