Hello, active duty IS2 currently preparing my package for MCWO and I have a few questions. These are my stats:
•BS Banking and finance GPA 2.86
•MS Cybersecurity GPA 4.00
•OAR: 56
•Certs: Sec+, CISM

First question is will I have to get a GPA waiver for my bachelors degree or the masters degree tops that?

I am being adviced to include IP as my second choice. What are my chances of getting MCWO or IP based on quotas?

I will be at this board as well.
Active duty. TIS 3 years (IT2)
BGS management information systems 3.7 GPA
OAR: 52
Certs: Sec+, global systemic risk (course)
IW qualed
IP is my third choice. I have SWO first. I’m hoping I can get SWO-IP

If you read the MCWO PA on MyNavyhr tell me what it says about undergrad and grad degrees and GPAs

I checked the board schedule and it said the 27JAN board might change depending on the October board results. Does that mean the quotas are likely to be met so there won’t be no other board?

That seems to be the case for a lot of these boards right now

I'm really hoping this board won't be cancelled. If it gets cancelled, this will be the third time in a row. Apply to intel, intel closed; apply to supply, supply closed. Please, for crying out loud, DO NOT close this board.

Which supply board? This current one isn’t closed, only the Jan one

Has anyone been able to get answer about the 27JAN board being canceled or not? Haven't gotten an answer from the fleet applicant POC.

Just submitted my package for this board, thought I'd share my stats here too.
  • Civilian
  • No Waivers
  • Undergrad: double majored in Mathematics, and Statistics & Data Science, minored in education, 3.38 GPA
  • Grad: dropped out half way through, GPA was at 3.79 (I thought it doesn't matter, but apparently they need it to calculate my GPA)
  • 67 OAR
