Is this what the actual test will look like on the left side, or will it be a picture of a UAV heading into the direction?

I

I probably got 50% of them right on the actual test and ended with a 8 fofar. Get as good as possible at it of course, but also focus on the UAV portion. I got all of them right and most of them under 2 seconds. You still can kill it!
I’m also struggling hard with the terrain. Taking it Friday. Keep looking at seadog’s trick but something isn’t clicking. Feeling pretty good about everything else though!

Ill see if i can make a video and send it in here tomorrow.
I’d really appreciate it. Been hammering the other PBM stuff. I know you said it doesn’t affect your score as much as UAV, but if it’s easy points I’ll take it. Been getting 1.5-2 sec on UAV consistently for a while now.

Has anyone used the Jatzen Sim on a Mac with the controller connected?

Have any of you practiced with the "Thrustmaster Warthog" HOTAS controller vs. the X52?

For your information, I am making progress on the macOS version of the ASTB Prep app, but I don't have a hard date for when it will be ready. However, I have solved the X52—Mac compatibility issue, so guys with Mac computers will soon be able to practice with X52 on the ASTB Prep app out of the box without installing drivers or anything else like that.

Happy Studying.

hi all...new applicant here. Jumping ship from Air Force OTS. Just began studying for ASTB. I purchased the Barron's study guide, and am relearning Algebra 1/Geometry on Khan academy without using a calculator. Also using Khan for the electrical/mechanical portions of the test. I have a stick and throttle so I've been practicing the tracking and UAV portions with this TBAS prep software I already had.

What else should I do/purchase to help me along the journey? I have plenty of time (1.5 years) before I am even elligible to apply for a board. I want to be ready to take the test by the end of the summer. Thanks.

ASTB prep app helped me almost double my scores in 2 areas. Its $25 but well worth it
