The at board list is a list of who is going to the board. I applied for another designator with an earlier board date and just want to make sure my package gets to this board is all
the at board list , at least for the aviation board typically comes out a week before the board convenes....we aren't even past the deadline for submission.....like @NevarYalnal says...you're a tad early

interesting how this board is a tad different. Will my package automatically be forwarded to the aviation board from the IWC board or will I need to do anything?

doubt it, make sure whoever you worked with to put your package together submits it to this board too.

Assuming some things here:
-You have a couple jobs ordered in preference on your application?
-The IWC board is the first to convene?
-All of your designators are in the same cycle (should be)

Based on what I've seen on the forum:

If you wanted IWC but you were not selected and the IWC board was first up, yes your package is automatically at the next board in the same cycle. Your package will automatically go to the next convening board if you're a non select from the previous board. You don't need to do anything if this is the case.

This will change a little if you're selected for a designator, you may not go to the next board if the job ranked high on your order. I was not on the SWO board when I was selected from the aviation board two weeks prior.

The boards could also be too far apart and if you were already selected, you may need to decline the selection you've already received to be seen by subsequent boards.

you should have listed all the designators that you wanted your application to go to, did you not?

Im pretty much all set for this board but my LORs have been taking their sweet time and also are not submitting things properly and I am concerned this might screw up my submission. If worst comes to worst, would I be allowed to submit to this board with just 1 LOR?

I'm pretty sure that the minimum for the aviation boards is just one LOR, and it has to be from a former employer. At least that is how my recruiter put it.

Give your LORs a deadline. Tell them you need It by like 3/31 and kindly annoy them. I had to do that to all of mine. That way you can submit your packet at least by 4/1.

They’ll all put It off to the last second, so kindly say something along the lines of “hey if you could get the LOR to be by the 31st that would be extremely appreciated.” Then remind them again... and again.. and they’ll get It to you on the 31st haha.

When I ship out to OCS, I heard that the navy can cancel your apartment lease? Don’t know if this is true or not. Just worried that I’d have to continue paying my rent while I’m out to OCS and even after that.

you get a letter that holds the weight of a thousand suns and allows you to get out of your lease, yes.... a "relief act" thingy, I got one before each of my deployments

I’m pretty sure they can’t charge you the fee either right?
