I feel you. My max weight is 211, I started at 265. Lmao. Currently at 219. I'm the designated forum fat boy.
Dang! Great job man! Almost there! What have you been doing to cut weight other than running?

Im constantly trying to push myself to get past the person in front of me when were running on a track. Seems to not suck when im focusing on passing the person in front of me
That’s a good tactic. Except when I’m the slow guy who everyone’s passing ?

In ROTC I always made personal grudges with the faster guys. IDK why, but it helped. I would eventually run pass them and yell something obnoxious that only I understood. Works best if you spent the prior night partying or seriously lacking motivation.

I’m like 5’8”3/4 and weighed about 185. I had a week before meps and I didn’t know if they were going to mark me down as being 5’8 or 5’9. You have to weigh 181 or something like that at 5’8 and 186 at 5’9 and I didn’t want to take the risk. What worked for me is I did the Intermittent fasting and just tried my best to burn as much calories as I could and watch the calories that I put in. Ended up stepping on the scale and weighing 177 after a week.... they ended up marking me down at 5’9 ?

We are the same height! We will be the smurf crew at OCS...always near the back of the formation lol

Yeah, I'm 6'3 to 6'2 depending on the day. They taped me a million times and finally the guy was like, you're prior service and you know you gotta take care of this shit. I was like yes sir, I'll be ready lol passed me when I was way out of standards thank God.

And yeah, I have a scale and food diary, I track everything that comes in, but after losing 40 pounds I cannot drop anymore without sever calorie restriction (1000 cal a day)

They weight for people over 6’ are crazy, some can be in the best shape of their lives and still not be at their weight.

Damn. I was the fat guy at meps haha 6' weighed in at 218 (201 max weight). Had to measure my waist and barely made the cut ?

I am 180 and my max is 188. I feel like I am going to drop weight fast at OCS. Lack of food, sleep and no weight training.

Has everyone practiced eating with a spoon in their left hand?
