Yeppers…and I remember being obsessed with seeing if he actually did this during my initial visit there in 1986 when I was an SNA in VT-2 (I never got to go to Trader Jon’s during AOCS due to EMI problems). Anyway, I was pretty shit-faced during that initial visit and I sort of remember seeing him and then staggering up to look at his (mis-matched) socks really close.
