How do I make the pic smaller?

Upload it as an attachment.

EDIT: Whoops, didn't realize it was too big for an attachment. I scaled it down in Paint.

No matter how hard you try, T-34's will never be that cool.....they're too much like a Toyota Tercel -- small, old, and usually beat up, but they get the job done.

Argh, my SH-60 ones were rejected for being too large -- I'll have to resize them, but this one fit and I thought it was a cool picture, seeing the BM's land an LCAC while on board LPD-8 last summer.
