Stuck in ELP? Heck, when I first got with the airlines, I was on reserve in ELP, although I lived in SAN. So I needed an ELP crash house.

So I found on a bulletin board a flight attendant who rented out part of her big house to other commuting F/As and me. I'd sleep in late, only to find some beautiful F/A laying out in the backyard topless catching some sun. There was only one other guy who lived there. But he owned a great bar downtown. Forays across the border were common and safe then too. I almost hated to commute home. Being "stuck" in ELP for a year was great!

Should have never left from the sounds of it sir :) Then again, maybe you had the same deal in san dog, which was probably better.....better girls, better bars, better beach :) Only one approach.....

Have not posted on here in years. My career is on a different path now, but my Dad sent these to me from him cruises in from 67-69. I couldn't keep them to myself. He was an A-4 Powerplant Mechanic.
