Ribbons look to be in the correct order although the devices on them are AFU.
“do you want a picture with a war hero”?
War heroes who want to pick up chicks... I guess...Who the fuck goes to Mt Erie in their khakis?

Meh, not quite the way I want to handle that. I reached out to the woman who was in the group, got the full story. Three (good looking) women hiking at Erie, in their Lululemons, made the top and went to overlook. This guy was there, I think he got a little too excited and was trying to hit on them, poorly.@picklesuit You should have Mrs. Pickle post that on the Whidbey Facebook page.
The initial report to the Mrs. was that he was aggressively trying to give them a ride back down the hill. If this guy was pulling creeper shit in uniform a nice discussion from Whidbey’s finest would let him know he was on their radar. Why would you consider base security? Did the guy commit a crime? I know chicks get weirded out in these situations, but that seems way over the top. I’m glad they declined.
Has that been your experience with security, because I have found the vast majority of them to be very reasonable and professional. There was a problem with one of the civilian cops who was overly aggressive. He didn’t last long.I wouldn’t want to take them away from their pressing duties writing tickets for 27 in a 25 and harassing Sailors around the barracks...
Base security treats you differently than an Airman.Has that been your experience with security, because I have found the vast majority of them to be very reasonable and professional. There was a problem with one of the civilian cops who was overly aggressive. He didn’t last long.
That may or may not be, but my CMC and I were pretty plugged in to the deckplates. If it was an issue, it would have come up. The times when my Sailors have had run ins with security, they have been very professional and helpful. NASWI isn’t Norfolk.Base security treats you differently than an Airman.
