it's not just the weight, but also if your arms are long. the longer your arms are the more distance you're going to have to move that weight. And since taller guys tend to have longer arms AND weigh more, they tend to have probs.

I am 5'11" and 220 and can push out twenty seven palms outboard. You just have to work on 'em every chance you get. Just stick with it and you can do it.

I feel the pain of big-boy (well, TALL-boy) syndrome.

I am 6'5", pushing 6'6", usually about 195-205, depending on how much I am working out, and I have a really rough time doing pull-ups and pushups, or anything that requires a full range of motion type process. My wingspan is actually closer to 6'8", so that makes it even more frustrating!
