Again, I think they all have them... They just don't use them. Most people don't use them in my squadron unless it's:
1. Easier to say than their first/last name (less syllables)
2. It REALLY pisses them off to use it

And just for the record, the grunts in my battalion REALLY like using pilots' call signs... That's the first question they asked me when I checked in, and several of the company FirstSgt's address me as "Stinky Sir".

You may get one in the training command but the chances of it sticking seem to be nil. I've had four suggested so far and still go by my name.
