DIVOLC previously BOLTC, is something that you most likely will have to do later. I have a friend who had to go back after primary before advance to complete the week of fun. Classes are starting around 50 right now. Don't suck is important, my class is down to 37. that means if you're not a good swimmer, practice and be prepared to study 40+ effective hours a week.

To the OP, study whatever ocs gouge seems useful and stare at all the fleet pics you can for some extra moto, because OCS will consume your life. good luck

Moc1Sig: are there a lot of people having problems with the swim?

It's next to impossible to attrite for swim. If you are struggling, you go on swim hold and you get to fix it. Study however much you need to (everyone is different, the numbers they throw out are rough guidelines), put in the effort, and things will work out.

Thanks for the info, looking forward to it. Ready to get out of this college crap and back into the real Navy
