Gulf Breeze is a good area. You really can't go wrong with that. Property taxes there are the highest in the area though.

just to boost the school systems, when I was doing a search on fl school ratings, santa rosa ranks amongst the 7 hightest rated school districts in the state-:)

Ladner Dr. is a nice neighborhood. That's where I lived when I was there. It's just west of Marcus Pointe and W St. I can't remember the name of the neighborhood though.
