That would be the first time anyone has called something that shoots 5.56 a "weapon of mass destruction."

Good point. Maybe I should be tricking out my M1A or FAL.

Actually joking aside I have a close friend that is so liberal he thinks anything more powerful than a slingshot classifies as a WMD. When the topic of what did you do over the weekend comes up I always say I was out playing with my WMDs and off we go. This bling bling Infidel AR15 is being assembled in his honor. As soon as I find a proper dust cover I'm going to show him my new toy. That should be good for at least a week's worth of stimulating conversations.

I'd like to use this lower with Infidel etched on the other side but $250.00 is a little expensive for a joke.

Rocketman, who makes the pirate lower?

Spikes Tactical. I logged on here intending to start a new post letting everyone know that their lowers are on sale again. (like the first one I used above to build my new WMD) This time for $89.95 with the color fill and etching $15 extra.

That's crazy cheap for their lowers and no one has better customer service. They have other stuff on sale too. Their uppers are some of the best as well.

The Jolly Roger lower isn't on sale. They will only make 500. It's $250.00

$89.95 Stripped AR15 Lowers for Sale

Spike's Tactical has their stripped AR15 lowers for sale.

$89.95 is a fantastic deal for one of their lowers. Even if you don't plan to build one any time soon that's cheap enough to salt a couple away for a rainy day. I can't imagine them ever being much cheaper.

Check out the custom etchings and color fill for a few dollars more.

By the way their customer service is first class. These uppers are in stock and ready to ship. (unless you want color etc and that adds a few days)

Anybody else get theirs in? Anybody from the auction?

With a PCS in just under 6 weeks, I'm about at the point where I'd be just as happy with a refund. . .

I like their 37mm "flare" mount..

sounds like fun for the zombies, and from what I'm seeing 950 isn't bad for a complete rifle..

My two were supposed to ship Monday or Tues (yesterday). Did you get any of the emails above letting you know yours was close?

When I get mine I'll post a pic. IF they shipped when they said I should have them before Monday.

Negative. . .

I e-mailed them once right after you posted your message traffic, and I got no reply. Just e-mailed again today and got:

"Thank you for your email. We are away on vacation until Tuesday, 9/1/09. Your email will be read and tended to at that time. "

I know it's a PITA but the only way I was able to get any info was to go to http://www.militaryfirearm.com/Forum/ and join. (read the rules of engagement about email addresses for members.)

Then go to the group buy thread at http://www.militaryfirearm.com/Forum/showthread.php?t=11294 . You might want to read at least the last few pages of the thread because the buy was set up by a couple of members not the webmaster. It won't do any good to bitch in the thread but the guy posting as alamosaddles@aol.com set it up and is the one doing the tracking and shipping.

I'd PM alamosaddles@aol.com and ask him what he needs from you to get your lowers before you ship out. If that doesn't work maybe threatening him with a torp wouldn't hurt.

I don't think you will get your money back but I do think you can get the lower.

Where are you C420sailor?

You're the one that got us into this shit. Sack Up and get us our lowers!!!

Honestly you don't need to know how to build a gun. I put them together on my kitchen table, no joke. Then you just buy an upper and away you go. I never have, but the worst you can do is scratch the finish somehow. $89.95 lowers are a good training aid.

They really do make good stuff. The $950 rifle is a great buy. They use only quality Mil-Spec components. That rifle is easily as good as any Colt ever made. Their .22 cal dedicated upper is seen by lot's of folks as the best you can buy.

For those of you that wonder how hard it is to put together a lower....

Ok, so this is causing my "buy" finger to really itch, anyone have a good source for match grade internal parts and uppers?
