I think the sentiment he was trying to convey is that you seem to have rediscovered all these older threads and your decision to weigh in after the fact with as much enthusiasm as you have comes across as a bit over the top. In many cases you're beating long dead horses.

It may also have something to do with the fact that Mr. Kaman chose to spray some hater bullets at nearly everyone on the site. It's not a nice way to say "hi," and in this era of moral bankruptcy, we prefer niceness.
