Do Coast Guard jackets have USCG perforated into the wind flap?
NAS Pensacola supply who refuses to issue you the right size, because that's the last one she's got and "you'll be fatter when you're a Lieutenant [?!]." It's a disgrace to Naval Aviation.
Well, give me some credit here. I didn't get fatter until I was a hinge. That lady was still there, and my jacket is definitely a size or two too big. Needless to say several of us are investing in a jacket buy... hands need somewhere to go.

Harrumph...harrumph...Assuming that naval regulations still apply, even to millennial's, and in that Chapter One, Article 1101.3 of the US Navy Uniform Regulations still state - "While in uniform, it is inappropriate and detracts from military smartness for personnel to have their hands in their pockets." Why are young officers looking for jackets that might place them harm's way?... hands need somewhere to go.

You are ALL gonna be old someday, some of us just have a head start.
I can't tell if you were trying to be Tom Cruise or Leon Trotsky. Maybe a hybrid of both?Whatever...I loved putting my hands in pockets in uniform. Some of it was because it was good sport to spin up people like @Griz882 . I also enjoyed walking around uncovered in the hangar bay in port, wearing red wing boots, wearing my flight suit zipper past my nametag, walking around with my jacket unzipped, wearing sunglasses with crokies on top of my head, having an uncovered coffee cup, and taking food off of the mess decks. None of that stuff would be anywhere near as much fun to do if it didn't get the squares up in arms. The other reason I put my hands in my pockets was probably because they were cold and why the hell else have pockets?
