Basil's is good stuff too. Remarkably smooth. Probably my favorite of the Jim Beam fancy stuff (Bookers, Knob Creek, Basils, Bakers). Eagle Rare I liked, but it and I had a bad day once. Blanton's is also choice, but a bit $$.

I like Sweet Tea too! I do however, try to stay away from that sweat tea stuff.... :)
