I'm certainly not in the loop, but I've never heard of a contact lens waiver. I've never strapped an ejection seat on without contacts. Just need your CO to sign off on them. As far as NAMI, you still need the uncorrected standard, last I checked it was 20/40 correctable with glasses or contacts or whatever (stick in the eye) to 20/20.
