2. Free upper and lower body workout, see above
3. The satifaction in seeing a plane you fully loaded left on a flight over Iraq come back to the boat empty
4. The saying "It takes a college education to break it but a high school education to fix it"
5. The Arming procedure, my few minutes of glory where I get to tell an officer what to do.

5. Swinging through the 'pits' after a 4.5 hr flight and picking up 15K of fuel..not on my dime.
