OCS SWO Board 10 Feb 20

Damn, that just crushed my soul. I feel like that is still a lot of available seats for it to not include SWO. The last board date for SWO was held on November 4th and a lot of people from that board got OCS dates for March. I would hope they didn't fill the quota for the year with one board date.
There’s a bunch of us from the November board that also got jul dates because of the quotas for FY20 being filled. Not trying to be negative, just informative

If you crunch the numbers from CANTRAC quotas...that's 1,000 seats for the entire year....with 249 openings. That's as unofficially official as I can go. However, this could very well be a case of the blind leading the blind and I end up having no clue what I'm talking about. lol.

That's the best I can do ladies and gentlemen. Honestly, we might as well go silent on the net until Friday. The Navy loves putting out any and all important shit on Fridays. It's like an unofficial tradition of sorts.

Well, they must be doing something completely different compared to the previous boards. I just want to know the result so I can move on with my life. My PCS is on hold due to this board. Get selected, I stay at my current command until OCS ship date or Rota, Spain here I come.
Same. Except I'm heading to Norfolk, VA from Hawaii to the good old Bush.

That’s also 249 for all Officer community quotas.

At le

At least the Bush is in the yards.....you will have more opportunities to apply again.
Yea, but I have to get the command to endorse me. The one I'm leaving was willing to go to bat for me. Luckily my next command has my old LCPO and the Reactor Officer did an interview for me for this current board. So let's hope that is in my favor.
