VERTREP will always be there... probably not dedicated VERTREP, but more like "today instead of SAR you're going to be doing VERTREP."One of the things I took from the four hour helicopter brief A Pool received yesterday was that vertrep is not going anywhere. So you got that going for ya.

I think the swagger comes from the fact that you can walk into any bar and eye any chick, then glance unsympathetically at her douchebag hippie boyfriend, because as she glances back with a glint in your eye and you see his rage building... you know that she knows that you are always gonna be better and cooler than her douchebag boyfriend... because he's a hippie and you're a Naval Aviator. Navy pilot swagger... dun dun dun!!
Ok, I'm done now.
Plus, it helps if you smell like this, just to make sure people get the hint:

Am I mistaken, or does that say HSL-51 on the side? And am I not mistaken, but wouldn't that make the caption dead-wrong?

Hence my cautious question. Thanks for introducing me to google. We're friends now.

Just like all helos are special.
Just like all helo pilots are special.
Some, more than others...
