No one is trying to game anything. It was a sarcastic comment in reply to the jabs that were thrown my way. Lighten up man.

And all were deserved. Why don't you go play with bensgouge.com

that'll calculate NSS perfectly.....

Take "50", then add or subtract 15 for any given week. That will give you a ballpark estimate on your NSS. +/- an additional 10 if selecting on a full moon. ;)

SNA - I got your sarcasm bud. In all honesty don't worry about NSS or any tips/tricks anyone throws your way to try to figure yours out. If it works for one guy its guaranteed not to work for you. Good luck, give it all you got and I hope you get what you want.

Don't be a douche-bag and try and "game" it. NSS/Selection is what it is and everyone has to deal with it. You aren't entitled to anything, so STFU and deal.

Is somebody having a bad day? Need to talk about it?:sleep_125

They've already gone that way. Can you say P.R.E.D.A.T.O.R or R.E.A.P.E.R. or G.L.O.B.A.L. H.A.W.K.?

Call it what you must. Its a legit question with the low TH selection numbers coming out of primary with the recent slowdown.

I was just messing with you. I'm in the same boat. I select tomorrow and my NSS should be around a 60. You just gotta go with the flow. I worked my but off in primary so I did my part. Yea, it seems unfair that a few weeks ago, people with low 50's were getting TH but there's nothing that we can do about it. I really want TH but I'd also love to fly Helos so I'm not worried about selection. You just have to look at the big picture, some day soon, you'll have those wings of gold on your chest and you'll be in a fleet aircraft protecting this great country. How many of your peers from high school and college can say that?

The class before mine has 7. Mine has 4. The class behind mine has 2. If the trend stays linear, the next class will have 0 or -1.

Same trend with strike fighters due to OPTEMPO wearing them out so -79 is best case projected before long.

Best of luck with selection. I am in DJET @ Pensacola NAS this week and the lone person in training sadly.... makes for quick classes though I guess. Somehow I squeezed my way in but I feel bad for all the other guys when a month ago 51's were gettin TH.

3 jet slots this week. 2 went to navy (both with a 67) and one to a marine. I got my 2nd choice, helo's, with a 57. A buddy of mine got helo's with a 61. I'm pretty siked about advanced!
