at this point yes, given the numbers moved to FY 23 I believe it is reasonable to say lower selections are on the table and to not be surprised by new info.

Keep our noses to the grindstone, get those exceptional ATSB scores, and standby. Got it! (praying and hoping that the May board still happens as expected)

I refuse to believe any of this is true until something official is released stating such. Just keep planning for the next board that is on the calendar. Worst that happens is you have more time to fine tune and eventually get seen by the board. No point in stressing out over things that are out of your control. It’s cool for your recruiter to give you a heads up but also at the end of the day his job is to put your application in and have you submitted for the next available board. If he doesn’t want to do that find a different recruiter.
