While being alive is clearly better than being dead, both of those pilot's lives are ruined for something that isn't entirely their fault. Fourteen years in prison in Russia is not like it is in America, parole doesn't exist. Where a Russian pilot will find a million dollars plus is another story completely. Maybe he will make it coughing up all those boners in Siberia :)

Now, a minimum security prison is no picnic. I have a client in there right now. You see, the trick is, kick someone's ass the first day or become someone's b!tch. Then everything will be all right.
