If you want to lessen your "bumps" on your road toward getting an OCS slot take my little bit of advice.
If you have to deal directly with a NRD, just ask them for the forms that you need. Dont tell them stuff over the phone that will go on the forms. Even if they are asking in passing curiousity. This way they cant hold any preconcived opinions of you. Like if you have a lower GPA than they'd like. This way they will send you the forms instead of ignoring you. Afterall, they can't keep you from applying now can they(as this one Chief told me)? And it is your OVERALL package that matters.
