I bought my husband's wings from Santa Rosa Jewelers and was very happy with them. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I looked and they engraved them for free.

One more question on the Winging Ceremony...

Would we give our son the gold wings as the gift after the ceremony? or would we pin those on him during the formal ceremony? I do understand not giving them ahead of time etc... Thanks.

Absolutely proper...had my wife pin mine on. It's nice to have your family involved. Sure beats the skipper pinning them on.
