In 2016, genetic engineering has expanded human life to 150 years, under the assumption the by then middle aged Barbra Bush ran for President against a reanimated zombie of Richard Nixon and the zombie did not eat her and she won the Presidency.
Then under the assumption that Hussain once again took 100% of the votes of his country in 2016 on a Prescription reform bill, Welfare Education and promised to only kill those that voted against him on the third wed. of the month on every other leap year and he also won the Presidency for Iraq.

Who would win?

Barbra Bush or Saddam "Still-So-Damn-Insane" Hussain?

With any luck Saddam won't see 2016. Besides, Arnold (it's not a tumor) will run for president and beat everyone. I didn't want to take a stab at his last name and I'm currently too lazy to look it up.
