White Guidon

There is a company in the Marine Corps that did, or may even still to this day, carry a white guidon. Anyone have some info on this?

The only company in the Marine Corps that has two official guidons is C Co 1/7. It isn't all white, it has a skull/crossbones and says Suicide over the skull and Charley (mispelled on purpose) underneath the crossbones. Here is the link to the history:
