About 3 miles. Pretty much everything in Oak Harbor is close to the base and you can get to work in less than 5 minutes. It's also on one of the less noisy parts of the area for being so close. Price is going to be in the $1200 range depending on how many people my agent has vying for the property.

It's what the ladies like, or so I'm told. The whole inside of the house was pink until I remodeled. The bathroom in the pic used to be called the Pepto-Bismol bathroom.
