Which Recruiting Station Should I Apply To?

So I'm about to begin the application process for OCS but I'm unsure which recruiting station to apply to. Should I apply to the one that covers where I go to school (which is in NY, but the OSO is in Ohio), or should I go to the one closest to where I live, which is about a 15 minute drive away from me.
