If there isn't any other indication it's time for the Bataan (and Nassau if she's still there) to come home, this is it. So who got the "good deal" (rolls eyes) of flying Jimmy into LZ 6?

Based on HA/DR and Forward Presence being stated as a core competencies in the Cooperative Strategy for 21st Century Sea Power, I wouldn’t be surprised to see both the COMFORT and MERCY deploying a lot more than they have in recent years.

These ships are a great asset and we should look into maybe further developing our capability to project ‘soft power’ by building (or converting) a couple more ships to give us 4 hospital ships.
