When to get CO signature

I was wondering do I wait until my package is complete and then send it up to the CO for command endorsement?

Yes, your package must be complete before it goes to the CO. His/her signature is certifying that you are a qualified applicant in all respects; that is not the case if you are missing items. And I'm sure the XO will not let it go to the CO unless you have everything ready to go.

Most certainly wait till it's done and perfect. And if you can, try to find someone that either has applied before, selected or a YN that has processed these packages before to QA it for you before you send it up. And don't wait till the last minute. Keep copies of everything. Good Luck.
