You know I read that alligator hunting is legal now, but it's very rigidly controlled. You can't shoot them from a distance, gotta trap them then kill them.

Barnes and Noble, which is by the airport, is open until 10pm on weeknights, although there are so many flight students studying, it's like being at work. They have a monthly opera reading group, which tries to coordinate their reading with what is playing locally. (yes - Pcola does have an opera) The Saenger theatre downtown has a broadway series - Defending the Caveman, which played in DC at the National Theater to critical acclaim 4 years ago, is showing this spring. If you are a runner, there is a running club that meets at PJC 3 times a week, and I think there are 2 local hash kennels. Pensacola has a mens' rugby club, but I don't know for sure if there is a local womens' team.

Cheers -

Hey Andrew,
Even when you do have kids, you still need to have somewhere else to go so that you don't go crazy! :) (Like I am right about now.....)

Orrrrr there's always the Piggly Wiggly! I especially enjoy hanging out in the parking lot, throwing back a few by the generic pop machines with the locals!
