It's a shame that these fantasies distract from the real exploits of Old Ironsides. Where shall we start... that Constitution was sent to sea to harass French and not English shipping? Or that she was in port until December (and therefore unable to make Jamaica in October) for repairs due to damage to her bowsprit.

I'm looking at the red colored font and the rum consumption per hour. The rum must have had a secondary usage on board. I'm not confident 475 livers could successfully process that kind of volume. Apparently they had a different kind of morale suppression team back then.
