What Rumsfeld Got Right - Robert Kaplan

I have read a bunch of things by Robert Kaplan I don't know how much I like his writing.
as far as Rummy is concerned I have read alot of stuff saying he very much tried to control the planning/execution of OIF, instead of leaving that sort of thing to the professionals at CENTCOM and the commanders in the field. he was all about smallest force possible, which seems to have been a rather rash decision... when all the 4-stars including retired shwarscoff (sp) were calling for 220,00-300,000 for post invasion ocupation.
