I was just sitting here reading and I began to think......... what will my life be like when I become an officer in the NAVY. Will I get to go to school outside to the naval grad programs, who long is shore duty, will I have to spend months on without the feeling of my woman? what is there for a 20 year old to expect when he puts on "THE LAST WHITE UNIFORM YOU'LL EVER WEAR". Help me out with this one and let me know what it will be like and what it is for you all. Oh yeah just finished my bdcp file and hopefully i will get in to supply, how hard is it to make it into there, throw some comments on there too.

YES
Schnug, that was a very A4s-eque post. You might be moving gently into the ranks of "senior" AW posters. Now all you need is to work on your bold type. ;)

Good times,

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

As for the other responses, I seem to remember some worries as to smart-a$$ responses to initial posts driving new members away. Might as well give the new guy a little guidance and support.

man, you are such a nice guy!

It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

Listen. In order to maintain air-speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings forty-three times every second, right?

Oh, yeah, an African swallow maybe, but not a European swallow. That's my point

But then of course a-- African swallows are non-migratory.

So, they couldn't bring a coconut back anyway.
