I have an nrotc scholarship interview tomorrow, and the interviewer's rank or preface (I'm not even sure what it is) is NCC, what does this mean? Should I just call her mam? Thanks for the help!!

Navy Career Counselor, Chief. So his title will be chief when referring to him, ie "Chief Smith."

Just call her "chief." Her rating is NC, which is a Navy Counselor. Basically her job is to interview people.
