What are the Best/Worst DivO jobs for JOs

Its not like you will get much if any input as to your first few ground jobs. With that said Ops is painful but you will learn a lot and know what is going on, anything involving family readiness or anything else touchy feely will suck. Maintenance is a lot of work but by far the most rewarding.
